What we do

We research business software the way a careful buyer would: define the requirements first, work through the products hands-on, and then say plainly which one fits which situation. Every product is scored against the same rubric, and every recommendation states who it is not for.

Our coverage focuses on the categories small and growing businesses actually shop for: ecommerce platforms, CRM and sales tools, marketing software, productivity and collaboration suites, payments, and operational technology.

What we will not do

• We do not sell reviews, rankings, or guaranteed placements.
• We do not publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial coverage.
• We do not hide drawbacks to protect a commercial relationship.
• We do not recommend software we have not researched against the rubric.

How we are funded
